The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed in the late 1980s. The technique uses a timer to break down work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks. I used it for my doctoral research, and continue to use it today. Whether studying for an exam, writing a paper, or engaging in work, you would otherwise do anything to avoid, try this simple 25-minute technique.

Hey, if you are already struggling, what else do you have to lose?
