I am facilitating an article discussion today with some colleagues who are coaches and work in various helping professions, and want to share the questions we will use as starters.

We will be discussing the TED Talk How great leaders inspire action by Simon Sinek, and as this work is all about inspirational leadership, it may be helpful to deeply grapple with these ideas.

I am interested in learning what other questions are really useful for article or book discussions, so please share them with me so we can improve upon these for the next discussion!
