Camino Prayer Intentions / Personal Requests - May 2026

In my annual pilgrimage hike, I (Jeffrey Keefer) will walk for 7 days along the Camino de Santiago de Compostela in France, beginning Saturday, May 30, 2026. This silent retreat embodies my spiritual approach to Walking as a Spiritual Practice.  

This is the fifth year I have walked along this path, which I began in 2022 in Le Puy-en-Velay, in 2023 in Figeac, in 2024 in Lauzerte, and in 2025 in Eauze, after which I walked on to Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Porte.

This will be my overall sixth walk along the Camino.   

I invite anybody who wishes to share a Prayer Intention or Personal Request they want me to hold space for and pray with while walking along this ancient pilgrimage path. Religious, Spiritual but not Religious, and Secular requests are all welcome.

I will print the list of any intentions I receive (via the form below) by the end of the day on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, and physically carry the paper with me, bringing your intentions to this experience. I will carry it in my pocket and pray for these intentions for those who cannot walk The Way with me. I will burn the intentions as an offering near the end of my Camino walk. I will share some of this experience via my Substack publication, Where Insight Meets Earth, wifi connections permitting.
