Can You Learn without Showing It?

by Jul 2, 2019Coaching, Education, Goals, Reflective Practice0 comments

Think you learned something though you did not take informed (or any!) action? How do you know you learned anything at all if you do not witness a change in your knowledge, beliefs, or skills?

How about those around you — if we do not witness a change in you, can we say it really happened?

Rather than point the finger at what you did or did not do, let’s try something. What change would you have hoped people around you notice as a result of something you personally learned? Perhaps something you know is there but somehow people have not seen or acknowledged?

Great . . . now what can you do to make that evident in your life . . .
